What is the future of Space Exploration? If we knew, we would all be
millionaires!
From a World point of view, the International Space Station is in development
and the first space tourist was Dennis Tito, many companies and individuals are
planning, building or dreaming of new space ship designs. Mir Space Sation is
gone now, however, it helped to kick start space tourism. Dennis Tito was
originaly suppose to visit Mir.
Leaders like NASA are doing really well with Robotic Explorers, but I feel they lack the will to further Human
Flight! It seems we will be stuck in Earth Orbit for a while, unless Russia decides to built a
LSS (Luna Space Station) and a Moon Base. Russia has the technology and if they recognize a potential market, they will find a niche market so the can make money and keep the industry
alive! They have Energia and all they have to do is resurrect an uprated Proton/Zond
System!
Its ashame that Energia Launch vehicle is not being used! NASA, ESA and NASDA need to open their eyes and collaborate with
Russia!
