
Salyut 5 was the last manned Soviet Military Space Station. It was launched on June 22, 1976 on a Proton rocket and re-entered the earth's atmosphere on 8 August 1977.
Two crews visited Salyut 5 using a Soyuz spacecraft:

Please note there were three flight to Salyut 5. The second flight Soyuz 23 (October 14, 1976 - October16, 1976) failed to dock due to a docking system malfunction. The crew were Vyacheslav Zudov, Valeri Rozhdestvensky.
