I propose a new type of organization called the Global Space Alliance (GSA) for the exploration and utilization of space related activities and technologies. This
was originally written in January, 2000.
GSA is and functions as an entity. Its purpose is to organize, manage, monitor, stimulate and push the boundaries of
aerospace technologies. This can be achieved by unifying and consolidating Global Space Activities in order to maximize
efficiency, prevent duplication in research and
development (R&D) and design and development. Individual space agencies will pursue their goals, but will co-ordinate their associated
activities with GSA. All projects have to be developed in a cost conscious way with emphasis on reusability, durability, flexibility, modularization and adaptability
for other purposes.
