RSC Energia is developing a New Modular Launch Vehicle based on Soyuz Launch Vehicle.
It will use NK-33 engines from the cancelled N-1 Moon Rocket! Kister's K-1 Reusable Launch Vehicle will also use the NK-33 engines.
